Yes do that. Also be careful with what you touch on the motherboard. Touch the power supply to discharge, if you can use ESD strap. Do you need help on finding your Jumpers to reset the BIOS

1.In Safe mode Option...."Loading file windows" cant load all files and black screen appeared again.
2."Last known good Configuration" did not work
3."Windows Boot manager" results in

Oh your mbr is corrupt or missing what you need to do is follow this but you need the windows disk Startup Repair
Or you could do this also with command prompt:
To run the Bootrec.exe tool, you must start Windows RE. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Put the Windows Vista or Windows 7 installation disc in the disc drive, and then start the computer.
2. Press a key when you are prompted. Select a language, a time, a currency, a keyboard or an input method, and then clickNext.
3. Click Repair your computer.
4. Click the operating system that you want to repair, and then click Next.
5. In the System Recovery Options dialog box, click Command Prompt.
6. Type Bootrec.exe, and then press ENTER.
1.I Put the Windows 7 installation disc in the disc drive, and then started the computer.
2.pessing F10 key I sleted boot from CD/DVD rom.
3.I pressed any key to boot fom cd rom
4."windows loading files" screen appeaed
5.then "Starting Windows" logo appeaed
aprox 3 mints later Black Screen Appeared.
I tried "Startup repair" you mention.
Inserted Repair Disc
From advance options
"Repair Computer"
Windows Loading files
Black Screen Appeared.....Although i feel CD is running in CD rom..
after 5 mints mouse Cursor Appeared
no I also insterted recovery disc. and other windows 7 disc,,,same problem with all
Ah ok it could be settings within bios or something try the following steps Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Boot
Disc is perfect i checked it in another computer.
