Windows starts in local account ONLY

My computer is supposed to be on the network, and usually I get log in screen. But something changed, and it starts in the local mode only. I suspect it is a "safe mode", but it looks like a regular local PC account.
Is there anything to tweak to fix the problem?
    Thanks...

Hello bratnikotin, and welcome to Seven Forums.

If it looks like below, then it's booting into Safe Mode.

If so, then you can use either option in the tutorial below to have your computer start Windows back in normal mode again.

    Hope this helps, :)

    Thanks.
As it appeared our Helpdesk people forgot their Administrative credentials.. and could not do it because of that ...
They said they changed boot file.. it works now

Oops. Glad to hear they got it sorted though. :)
