    Bluetooth and Wifi do not work


    Hi. I am having a serious problem. My bluetooth doesn't work at all. Wifi works sometimes. I think it does not show some of the available networks. I need a solution to this problem. It will be so much appreciated.

    Open up a command prompt . Click on the button type CMD , right click and choose Run as administrator . Input the commands below

    Code:
    wmic bios get serialnumber
    So I could see which driver goes to your specific model

hello, i put my laptop on sleep mode for 5mins, before that everything is working fine after when i turned my laptop my wifi netwrok is disabled it is not showing any of the available connections and even bluetooth is also not working. Every time i turned my laptop on i get an error message...
