Computer Restarts Automatically every few days

I'd like to know why my computer restarts every 3.8 days on it's own, I have a log :)
Action Center says there is no updates needed to be installed, why is this happening ?

Have you checked scheduled tasks, more often than not occurances that happen with accurate timings are linked to tasks that run on set days/times

There was no schedule running the past 24 hrs, I don't know what it could be.
