hmm..... I have done a repair install before and as true as it is that I don't lose anything in reality you lose everything. Like I said before it took me two weeks to reinstall all programs and set up my computer so yea... Idk maybe if I could actually get a response on social.technet or Microsoft answers they might have a registry editing solution or something idk... Other users have had these issues though online and I've seen threads about them it is just noone seems to have found a universal solution... Thank you though for your help I really was hoping that if I bumped this thread someone else might respond with a different solution... Well thank you I guess and uhh I'll just keep bumping my threads until I get a solution... (You don't need to respond as I am in hopes of getting someone else to respond, nothing personal I just really need a solution that doesn't involve system restores or repair installing as this is why it stopped working in the first place so a repair install WILL NOT work!)

Radical924, do I understand you correctly? You do not want any more help from Brink.

Naw I don't mine if Brink still tries to help me it is just a repair install isn't an option because that is the reason for the problem... I'd also like to try solutions other users might have... Whatever gets it fixed right? (Sorry if I sounded like I didn't want your help , all help if any is appreciated)

I hate to be the naysayer, but you're most likely looking at needing to do a clean reinstall of Windows 7 when you have the time to since none of the usual suggestions helped.

Alright (I was away for 2 weeks sorry for the late reply) =( Well I guess I will just have to wait until I one day can afford a new PC because I can't afford to do a clean install... I really was hoping for a registry modifying solution to turn on the arrange by feature and fix my display problems but unfortunately nothing has worked. I really am appreciative of all your help and I really don't know what I would have tried without people like you. Thank you for all the help and if any ideas to fix this issue arise in thew future feel free to post back on this thread and I will be sure to find it (hopefully). Thanks!
