    Folder Association

Start Menu no longer allows me to get into computer>manage. I receive following message after Start> rt click Computer > left click Manage:

This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Please install a program or, if one is already installed, create an association in Default Programs control panel.

Can someone help me with details to create an association? Could not find help in FAQ.

I can get into Computer Management with a workaround. I cannot get in through Start Menu > Computer > Manage. That command does not associate with the msc file. sfc/scannow, windows repair do not fix problem. Control Panel > default programs does not allow me to associate the msc file with Start Menu.

This is no big deal as I have a workaround. I was just trying to see if there was a way to make access via Start Menu to work.
