all my links in 'help and support' open in notepad

I cannot open any links in help and support on my computer. I don't know how or why, or what to do about it. Could someone help me? This is an example of every link I click on.

the file association should be using hh.exe for .chm files, that is the html help executable.

Hello oceansblue, and welcome to Seven Forums.

In addition, you could download and merge the .reg files for the listed chm, hlp, and jse options in the tutorial below. It will restore the default associations for help files, and hopefully fix this for you.
