internet security settings prevented one or more files from being open

Hello sir, whenever i want to pen an application in my windows 7 32 bit os, a windows secruity alert comes that says that these files cann;t be openned and your internet security settings prevented one or more files from being opened.
I viewed the file associations tutorial and downloaded registry files but when i triedto merge these files again same message comes. Kindly help me what to do now. Its urgent.

Hello deepaktyagi, and welcome to Seven Forums.

See if you may be able to do a system restore at boot or in Safe Mode using a restore point (if available) dated before this happened to hopefully fix it.
