    Trying to turn off windows automatic driver install.


    I`ve used this procedure, but if I turn on my printer, windows still starts installing the driver.

    Turn off Windows 7 Automatic Driver Installation

    I have drivers & software from Epson site I want to use, but then I end up with 2 printers installed.

    Screenshot shows the settings, but windows still auto installs the drivers, any help ?

    Managed to do what I wanted by removing the printer that was installed automatically by windows, then installing the software I wanted to.

    Strange the above method doesn`t work.

Hello... I have worked this puppy near to death now. I have determined that the latest nvidia drivers from 258 up cause my hdmi to disappear. So I uninstall all the drivers and then when I attempt to install the older drivers which lets me see the hdmi in sound manager autoinstall rights over it...
