Internet Explorer 10 on Windows 7 without license

Hi, can i install internet explorer 10 on windows 7 ultimate x64 without WGA(windows genuine advantage), my windows is genuine untill WGA appear, does ie10 have wga integrated or will download wga?

Yes, i used an activator but WGA discover that the license is fake, windows is piratated.
