Hi Sir/Madam,
I have attached an image which displays all the programs installed in my system. I am not very sure which one to uninstall, Because that might cause a problem. Please guide me which one to uninstall.
I am using Visual studio 2010 and SQL server R2 basically, which are important.

What is the size of you c drive?
And why is the amount of ram installed in your system.
Using ccleaner delete all unnecessary things
Also if u disable system restore it will save us a lot of space and regain the space occupied. By the system restore points. Read about system restore and decided for your self if u will use it or not

You may need to increase the amount of ram and also disable it drastically reduce the page file size. Normally if u have 4gb ram then there is a page file of 4 to 6 gb. Personally I have set it to just 300 mb minimum and 500mb maximum.
Also disable hibernation. Again read about it if u need it or not. I just either shutdown my system completely or put it to standby. I don't use hibernation feature.
You may use space monger software to see a graphically representation of the space occupied by various folders etc. Also post back its picture.
Again give us more details about your system so we can give u some more hints on achieving what you want.
My ram is 4 gb. And i have cleaded the files using ccleaner and also from windows delete files . But not much space is deleted, Its only in mbs. The size of my c drive is 97.5 gb and its full now.Can you please assist me to delete the windows files which is not required? Or give me an another solution
Hey Hardeepsingh! As per the screen posted by you of the programs installed on your PC, all are either drivers or SQL updates and some window updates as well. If you use these programs, then you have to keep the updates and if not just uninstall them. If you have softwares which can be installed on other drives (such as MS office, some games that you might have installed or any other S/W) just uninstall those from C: and install them on some other partition.

Install TREESIZE FREE or something like that which will give you a nice rundown on the file sizes and directories on the "C" drive. (Or any other drives too).
Another good free program is WinDirstat.

Having the directories displayed like these programs do makes it much easier to sort out what is what.
I'd also delete all your "temporary Internet files" as these can build up over time.
A W7 (or W8) Os partition even for a largish system shouldn't be more than around 60 GB - even that's quite large --and separate your OS from Data partitions / disks.
Try running one or both of these programs and display the output. Then one can make some suggestions as to what might be filling up your disk.

The drive that you have installed, is it the carrying the original operating system or did you upgrade to windows 7 say from vista or XP?
If that is the case run a Disk Cleanup, sometimes it will hold on to old operating system files even though you have clean installed the new system.

Normally, I would take a look at your data files more than installed programs. If you have large videos or many photos or other media, it's easy to fill an HD with those. It's very easy to move them to a second HD or an external one without sacrifice of any program.
Also, look for SQL Server databases if you use them regularly. They can get really big quickly with sample data, and by default, the data folder is under program files, on the C drive.
http://www.koshyjohn.com/software/diskmax/Another "clean up" tool I use regularly is a freebie called DiskMax. It will find ALL kinds of old log files, and junk, including old MS install files, etc. Read the documentation carefully, and don't to forget to create the empty file

If this is still the factory preinstall I'd at least Clean Up Factory Bloatware until you can get the superior Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.
As to the question on what programs to uninstall, I'd uninstall the ones you don't use regularly.
Once you have it all cleaned up using the suggestions given run the Boot-Time Defrag with Full Disk Check on Puran Defrag - Download.

better to extend ur Drive dude
merge another drive into C , if possible ( careful with 3rd party apps , if u have new HP like laptop with HDD lock then make backup of everything before resizing drives )
