Annoying Windows 7 bug?

Hello for a couple months now i have been having a annoying bug (assuming) with windows 7 it is hard to explain what is happening but it is starting to drive me insane.

For example if im playing a game fullscreen every now and then maybe about 30 minutes it minimized the window. Or if its bordered fullscreen the task bar down the bottom would just show up and disturb the game. Or if im watching a video in windows media player it makes the window small again every 30 mins so i don't know what is causing this. I have been looking to see if other people have had the issue but cannot find anyone.

I have 2 monitors if that means anything, and i cannot remember when this first started to happen i have updated windows 7 to see if there was any patches still not changes.

This is driving me insane can someone finally help me fix this :).

Windows 10 Pro (x64)

Sounds like something you have installed, in the notification bar for example might be trying to steal focus. Not a bug in Windows but an annoying application.

Establish a Clean boot, reinstall the Display and monitor drivers, and work through the other steps for Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start.

I would uninstall the Display driver with software in Control Panel>Programs then Device Manager, reboot and immediately run all Important and optional Windows Updates, after enabling Automatically get recommended drivers and updates for your hardware (Step 3)

Applications are trying to steal focus, a rather boisterous topic on many discussion boards.

Windows 7 Era: This is going to be annoying!
It's already a problem in every Windows 7 community, and it's going to grow with the release date being soon.. People are using every method they can to spell the "7" in Windows 7 -- for example, you see people using: Se7en, S7n, 7n, and S7N. This new "fab" is actually more annoying to me...

Windows 7 less annoying, but also less secure?
Microsoft's efforts to make Windows 7 less annoying than Vista may also be making it less secure than its predecessor. With Windows Vista, the operating system popped up a warning any time a major change was being made to the system, whether by the OS or by a third-party application. With...
