(UK) Windows 7 deliveries?

I will probably get my W7 copy from Amazon UK in Nov. because of Air Mail ;/

Anybody any insight...? eg I ordered (as many will have done) from Amazon to take advantage of early discount. I see conflicting news about Amazon's strategies to cope with Royal Mail strike...

Just phoned Tesco and they are aware of the situation with the strike and said they will do their best to get it delivered on time or as soon as.

So it's a case of keep fingers crossed and hope for the best

I've just checked my Amazon account and it's now saying "dispatching soon" and "We are preparing these items for dispatch and this part of your order cannot be cancelled or changed"

So hopefully it will be sent out sometime today for delivery tomorrow

Can't wait :)

just got an email from amazon - 'order has dispatched' - yipee!

have also ordered a new terrabyte samsung f3 harddrive - yipee again!

both should arrive tomorrow
