Problem with corrupted pdf's, office and txt files

I am using windows 7 and I have a problem that after sometimes that windows is running some of my pdf's, office and txt files are being corrupted.... the files are sometimes corrupted and sometimes not..

your softwares of making that files maybe corrupted.
if you have moved any programmes files,
it it may be happen.
make sure that your softwares are in "
windows local disk C , and inside "PROGRAMMES FILES"
