How to replace windows 7 loading screen?

Hi, you know when windows 7 loads, there are the 4 colours that come together into windows? how do i replace that by say, a picture or a short video clip? if its possible

also, internet explorer 8 is not remembering me in eg facebook, so everytime i go i have to retype in my password, how do i fix that?

i want a program that will tell me all passwords typed into internet explorer, saved or unsaved, without using a keylogger because i havent found a good one yet.

    thanks a million

not sure how to change the loading screen but i know it can be done in XP and Vista...you may want to research (google) that.

The IE8 settings for saving passwords are in Tools> Internet Options> Content> AutoComplete> Settings.

Do you want a program that will save your passwords and auto-enter them? Like RoboForm? or are you looking for something to view typed in passwords? If the first...use Roboform. If second search google for something like Asterisk Password Revealer.

That animation, in and of itself, represents a significant amount of work in Windows. To date, there is no replacement. It is a fundamentally different approach within the OS.

Not an expert, just read about it.

I do not believe you can change the loading screen, sorry.

As for the remember passwords entered via IE, first thing that came to my mind is you want a family members/friends password to something.

At any rate though, isn't having a program like that a hefty security risk, especially if you get infected?

Having a password safe can be as secure as you want it to be. I recommend trying a program called Keepass (freeware) which stores your ids and passwords in an strong encrypted format and can require an optional encryption key you can store off machine (I use a flashdrive) as well as a pass-phrase.

    Available Here: KeePass Password Safe
