I Have Setup A BIOS password.
Is it True That a BIOS password can be deleted I mean reset by any other guy who don't know the password by Removing the battery of the motherboard? If yes How to prevent this

You would have to test your motherboard yourself by setting a password then removing the battery and start up to see if the password is gone. Make sure you power off before removing the battery. I have a Dell laptop which will not reset doing that.
If it does reset, you'd have to put the machine in a locked case to keep someone else from doing it.
Don't let people have physical access to your PC (i.e. lock it up somewhere).
Another option is to replace the standard case screws with unusual ones (e.g. Torx heads instead of Phillips head)

On a desktop removing the CMOS battery will reset any BIOS passwords. There isn't anything you can do about that. You would need some other method to maintain security.
But on a laptop BIOS passwords are not stored in the CMOS so removing the battery will do nothing. Don't ever forget a BIOS password on a laptop.
Yes, not just about a week or so back someone had the same issue and pulling the battery did nothing.

To reset the password for a laptop you need to contact us. After verifying the ownership of the system only we can reset the BIOS password for our customers.
Otherwise, reseating CMOS battery would not reset the password. We only reset BIOS password after confirming system owner details only.

Good computer security always has multiple layers. The first level is physical security. As far as is practical you would not allow an untrusted individual sufficient access to your computer to remove the CMOS battery. That level of physical access will compromise many other aspects of security, not just resetting a BIOS password.
