Hello kaps,
You might see if using step 5 in the tutorial below to restore New -> Folder and it's default registry entries may help. New Context Menu - Remove & Restore Default Menu Items Hope this helps, ![]() Shawn |

yes it works....but can u tell me which value is modified & from which dll file ...tell me the path of that dll file
What is the default value for that particular dll for creating new folder i.e. enabling the create folder option... |

Great news.
It's not a .dll, but resetting the registry entries back to default for the folder and directory file types instead. You can right click on the downloaded .reg file and click on Edit to see the default registry entries it changes back to in your registry. |
