What are the exact performance issues you're experiencing. Sometimes errors in log can be ignored. The way to determine this is google the error text and identifying number to see how others deal with them.

If you'd like to generally go over your install to check it over most thoroughly, then work through these Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7

The computer just resets sometimes about 5 minutes or 10 minutes then when I open the log in event viewer there's a log about

    Event 1101 : Dropped transport : 0

I've gone to the audits to disable auto shutdown on security also in services ->security center and security account manager but still it resets the computer. Also applied fix from other thread like this but no luck.(indexing, virtual memory)

I'll go first to the link you provided for the meantime.

What do you mean by the computer resets? It restarts? What exactly happens?

The first one (1101) is a user permission error. Do you log in with a User ID or use auto log on? Who's PC is it?

@ gregrocker, yes it restart without prior messages or something.

@carwiz, it's my PC and it automatically logs on without the login options since there is no password for it.
so permission error to write log events? there is only one user that is the admin Lance i created when I installed the OS.

    Hardware Problem?

If it happens with more than one OS, I suspect that it is a hardware issue.

    Your machine maybe overheating.
It may need to have its heatsinks cleaned (i.e. dust and fluff removed).

Components (e.g. RAM) might not be properly seated in their connectors.
Power or data cables might not be properly seated in their connectors.

If you decide to open your machine up to clean it and/or check the components and cables, remember to:

    • Physically disconnect your PC from the Mains (i.e. unplug the power cable)
    • Take antistatic precautions

Install Speedfan to check CPU temps. Report back.

Check the Performance log for clues at time of shutdowns, Check for issues cued on Advanced tools page, Generate a System Health report from : Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7

OK.i will do that recheck hardware installations ..by the way just bought the pc and it's brand new one just 5 days ago.
maybe one error since you included Components
(e.g. RAM) might not be properly seated in their connectors.
initially there is only one 4 gig ram and i just i added another 4 gig of ram which is not the same brand but same 1333. have to turn of now to test connections also for the connectors of the heatsinks.

after that will be installing the Speedfan as suggested by gregrocker.

thanks guys will be reporting later.

    regards,
    vladimir
