Now just a couple of simple ones maybe try another SATA cable to that drive and reseat everything.
I still think the PSU is a little on the small side but I stand to be corrected.

I'd work through the repeat errors as shown in tutorial, by googling their text and identifying numbers. Reading the results will give you an idea how serious it is and how others resolved it. I do this every few months, or right after a new install. You learn which can be ignored. For critical events like yours focus on the Performance Log.
What usually happens is that by the time you've worked through all of the Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7 you will have a good idea of what's causing the problem and can focus on that, with our help if needed.
