Keep getting "you have files to be burned to disk" when I log in.

I've been getting a "you have files to be burned to disk" when I log in for a while now. I've tried inserting a disk as asked and nothing happens. I've checked to see if I have anything pending for burn and don't. Does anyone know how to get rid of this? It's not critical, just a nuisance problem.

    Thanks for the help.

    Thanks

Thanks for the help on the files to be burned problem. I tried what was suggested and found a file with photo's in it, deleted that file and will see if the problem returns.
