Yes, go to C:\Users\herm61\Favorites and copy your file into the subfolder you want.

Another method - Open Internet Explorer - open Favorites - drag and drop the file.
You may have to pin the favorites menu to use this method
This will do the same as pcunite suggested above

You mean favorites in internet explorer, or favorites in windows (file) explorer?
