You want the latest official Win7 installer ISO with SP1 and Media refresh provided in Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.

If you want to slipstream it with the latest updates since SP1 to save about an hour's updating time after install, then follow the steps provided by SIW2 in Update 7 installation media - Windows 7 Help Forums
    thanks
but there is not italian ultimate version

As SIW2 already posted earlier, you can unlock all versions in the provided Italian version using the eicfg removal tool which will give you a menu when you first boot into the installer to choose your licensed version.

what do you mean unaltered images?
ISO's found on sites like bit torrent are often altered to cheat activation or have unwanted payloads in them that the uploader conveniently doesn't mention. They are often booby-trapped with rootkits etc. You would have to compare the MD5 checksums with what is posted on TechNet to verify it hasn't been modified.

If it says the download is Italian, it will be Italian. You'll have to see if it works with your key. It should. Be sure to choose your licensed version to install, and make sure you input the key precisely as this is 90% of the cause of failed activation.

As for LivePE that's a simple thing to do, unfortunately i can't tell you all the secrets i know, not here anyways, but here's a link to a youtube video using a simple program to do it yourself, not the one i use, but simple enough for others to understand: Create a Windows 7 PE with Make_PE3 by Britec - YouTube

preactivation is Wayyy easy, and it is possible to make it so it uses your product key so you don't have to type it in, you would do that with the Autounattend.xml, just look for a program that can change it and do that, if you can't find one, i'll be happy to direct you to a program that can do that, and also has a nice fourum there too for support, but i cannot tell you how to preactivate illegally.

LOL make pe3 won't work any more. It is only for 7sp0, no updates. I make my own by hand. Just had a very quick look at win8.1 - that is going to be tricky.

i don't even use make_PE3, it works for sp1, and i only recommended it because it was easy to use.
but the 8.1PE does look a little tricky don't it, i gotta 8 build working perfect just like a month ago! Now i gotta deal with this?
