    explorer.exe

Ok so it's not really to much of an issue but every time i start my computer after a bit of usage, explorer.exe will jump up to 6gb of memory usage causing a major drop in performance. I fix it by ending the process and then restarting it but it doesn't make any sense to me. Is there a way i can get it to stop randomly doing this?

Bring up Resource Monitor and see if explorer.exe is connecting to the internet... if it is, then the computer might be infected no matter what Kaspersky tells you. WDO might be a place to start.

Also give SFC a try. If it finds/fixes stuff, restart and scan again.
