    The location for the all users is:
    C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs

    The location for what ever user is logged in is:
    C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu


    Make sure that you show hidden files, folders and drives.
