Libraries won't open, locked out of Users. KB2590550 fixed it.

So I'm doing my usual surfing on the internet and suddenly my Libraries refuse to open or be accessible. I can't access Documents, Pictures, Videos, & I can't open My Computer without right-clicking on the desktop icon. Now I'm getting an action alert. Windows Security Service Center has stopped working. (My computer went down immediately & rebooted into a new user with a black background, but I couldn't create any new folders in that users' libraries.)

Now I'm basically locked out of my computer but for this unknown User I rebooted into. I can't even make a new folder in this User's Library.

Windows 7 and error “Could not connect to the System Event Notification Service”

    Installing KB2590550 now.

Rebooted OK, Google Chrome remembered what I typed in this post before my computer crashed. Yay Chrome!

    Sounds like a bug,

Avast! If a Windows hotfix can fix this catastrophic problem, it's gotta be a Microsoft problem. It might even be a Genuine problem!

    Hello BrokeIC,

If you have not already, you might see if you may be able to do a system restore at boot using a restore point (if available) dated before this happened may help.

    Hope this helps, :)

Libraries do not stop working for no reason.
Somewhere along the line corruption has occurred.
Downloaded any third party back up utilities lately/ ccleaner...................?
