    personalize doesnt opens and control panel too...


    i am using windows 7 professional.Personalize and control panel are not opening although i had not installed third party manager.Please help me out

    Hi and welcome to the Forum.
    When did this problem start and what have you installed recently? When did you install Win 7 Professional as I don't think the Professional version was pre installed on your laptop??

    Professional was pre installed


    it was pre installed as i had taken laptop from university.The problem was started almost 25 days ago. Any solution?

if you set "block programs",(even all) it works but the most important program is not blocked :exlorer 8 after first alert it works!!!!!! while the time block works fine try to believe !
