VistaKing: When I press f8 it doesnt go to Advanced Boot, I get Windows Boot Manager witn an File, Status, and Info that I listed in a previous post. I can only get to the Command Prompt with the Install usb. Should I use the command there?
Startup Repair is Attempting repairs...fingers crossed.
Startup Repair BSOD'd, Page Fault something. PC was able to boot into windows and f8 now loads Startup Repair. System is currently Attempting repairs via System Restore.
UPDATE!! Access to Desktop restored. What should be my first move to protect the system from future/further problems?

Can you rerun FRST and FSS from the desktop
Download both programs . Once they're done downloading drag them from the Downloads folder to the Desktop folder

Right click on FRST64.exe and choose
When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
Press Scan button.
FRST will let you know when the scan is complete and has written the FRST.txt to file
Please copy and paste both logs in your reply.(FRST.txt and Addition.txt)

Place a check next to the following options
Internet Services
Windows Firewall
System Restore
Security Center
Windows Update
Windows Defender
Press: Scan
NoteAll three text files FRST.txt , Additional.txt , and FSS.txt will be located on your Desktop

oh, and I tried the SFC/SCANNOW command in CMD before you posted, at 66% it stopped and said it couldnt be completed.
