User Account now not pointing to correct user folder

Help! After a reboot that didn’t work correctly and having to boot in safe mood then regular boot up my desktop, Files and programs available are all not the same.
It looks like I am a different user even though my user account name has not changed.
My Documents is not showing my true documents. I cannot see MS Office Excel, Word, etc… I can see MS Outlook 2013 but it’s asking me to setup when I already did previously.
I can navigate to c:\users\userId and find all my true documents (My Document).

    What can be done? Anything?

Thanks, I will start at 15 and continue on!
I noticed when I was at the command line that my user is now the Temp user vs. David Mesch given the command line has c:\Users\Temp> vs. C:\Users\David Mesch>

Hum David > Orb > try right click the Computer > Open > Users and it should just list you as David that opens out to what you use for programs.

Another is the Partition Wizard (very handy tool) Best Free Partition Manager Freeware and free partition magic for Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows Vista and Windows XP 32 bit & 64 bit. MiniTool Free Partition Manager Software Home Edition.

Right click on the main partition and then explore see what is in there.

You can do many things with the partitions with this app

No probs it got sorted that is what counts. That app is very handy to keep though if you need to use it for partitioning and it can do some drive testing functions too:)
