Did you buy this Laptop new? If so what OS did it have pre installed?
It is very unusual for Lenovo to give any Discs .... Was it a recovery disc you got ? I would try downloading the touch-pad Driver again from the Lenovo site
Then it looks like your OS installation. I notice from your previous threads that you had a similar problem with your Keyboard on your Desktop in March. That machine had Win 7 Ultimate too. Did you install the same copy of ultimate to this laptop and if so where did the copy come from?
So we have established that you have the same copy of Ultimate on both machines but you didn't answer my question "Where did the copy of Ultimate come from in the first place?
