    but after on . inserted cd or dvd into the cd drive can not open cd or dvd .

    Who replaced the drive? Click on the Start button and then RIGHT click on "Computer" and choose "Manage". In the window that opens navigate to the DVD drive as in this screenshot. Is there a yellow triangle against the DVD drive?
