Is there a Build 7600 version that is NOT RTM ?

I just reinstalled my windows 7 7600 from another CD, and the Folder Icons are "regular" again, like vista.
In the other 7600 I had, the folders were more yellow and a bit different in shape.

    Are there 2 versions of BUILD 7600 ? or 7600=RTM ?

If you obtain it direct from Microsoft, there's only one 7600 version and it's RTM.

If you're not careful about your source, however, there are indeed other 7600 builds out there (like subset 16384, or like a 16385 that was assembled in an unofficial manner, and perhaps still more).

So yes, there are things circulating here and there that say 7600 that are *not* the totally final and official software / RTM.

Open System Information, it should be next to "Hardware Abstraction Layer". But could we have a screenshot of these supposedly different folders? I'm going to assume you didn't get 7600 by legal means...so help is going to be very very limited. (At least by me.)

You can check this by checking the properties of any file that comes with Windows. In this example, I have used Notepad. Note that it is the actual file and not the shortcut.

This is from the official RTM. Check that ALL highlighted items match what you get.
