Windows Rewrited and few problems appeared, need help

So,my computer was getting kinda slow and i cant play the new games so i thought if i would rewrite windows (a clean rewrite or how is it called deleting both disks).after the installation this is what happened:First when i changed my resolution to 1280x1024 a portion of my screen is black on the right side.the second problem is that when i partitioned my hard drives windows installed on C:/ which was supposed to have 100GB of space but it has 352GB and the D:/ drive has only 100gb.i tried rewriting windows like 3 times and it still hasnt fixed.well now theres another problem :Windows cannot install required files error 0x80070570
The file may be corrupt or missing.. Make sure all files required for installation are available and restart installation.

Follow these steps to get a perfect Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 .

During booted Custom install with all other HD's unplugged except target HD, use the drive options to delete all partitions and create and format New, as shown in step 7 of Clean Install Windows 7

Use the drivers provided by the installer and during all rounds of Important and Optional Windows Updates, after enabling Automatically get recommended drivers and updates for your hardware (Step 3) . You may need to go to the Asus Support Downloads webpage to download your wireless or ethernet LAN driver to a stick so you can install it if Win7 doesn't start up ready to connect. But don't import any other drivers unless they are missing in Device Manager, or the only Display driver provided is Standard VGA - in that case download and install the latest Display driver from the Asus webpages.
