    Window expands to full screen

In Win 7, when I move a window near the edge of the screen, the window expands to full screen. How do I turn off this feature?

    The web has the answer:
    You can disable this feature:

    • Control Panel --> Ease of Access Center --> Make the Mouse easier to use
    • Place a check mark in the "Prevent Windows from being automatically arranged when moved to the edge of the screen option."
    • Apply/OK.

So I did that ... and it made NO difference at all.
    Why?

I did that. And it didn't work. That's why I posted this request.

Anyway, I solved the problem ...

I recently installed the trial version of Actual Multiple Monitors, which duplicates the taskbar and start button on the second monitor.

I just shut down AMM ... and the problem disappeared.
