    Administrator access denied

Hope this is the right Thread. Having a serious “access” problem. Uninstalled VGA, and am now unclear on what is going on with my administrator permissions. I continue to get "access denied". unable to access event logs or change any settings, even using my administrator account. I am unable to get updates, download, or access the "user account controls”. Same thing happens using safe mode; unable to access the recovery tools, diagnostics, C:\ drive, or, the registry. "Access Denied" to everything.
Checked the “Seven forum” tutorials, but, am not sure of the problem, so, I do not know what I am looking for.
Can anyone tell me what I may have done wrong to lock myself out my computers administrative permissions?
I am using windows 7 home premium, with Comcast Norton Security suite, Constant Guard, CCleaner, Malwarebytes, and superAntiSpyWare.

    Aministrator Access Denied

Thanks to both of you for your efforts in such a timely manner, but, I am unable to run anything that I "down load" form the Internet without administrative permissions. Can't use the tools you suggested.
Just can't figure out what I've locked down! Still unable to access anything that can change this situation. Somehow even the diagnostic tools have no access.

    Last error message:

" An error occurred while troubleshooting". A problem is preventing the troubleshooter from starting.

Does this help to find the problem?

    Access Denied

RevoUninstaller error: ShellExecuteEx failed; code 1203. The network path is either typed incorrectly, does not exist, or the network provider is not currently available. Please try retyping the path or contact your network administrator.

AdwCleaner Runtime error: Program C:\Users\JustDoIt\Desktop\setup.exe. This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application’s support team for more information.

The Farbar Recovery scan tool: Started on “RUN” and looked as though I could run if I ticked “YES” but, was afraid to because, I was unable to get the preliminary tools to run first.

Is there anything else I can do?
