    after you click edit in security tab click all 3 of the users and click full controll :) hope this helps

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Another idea- type this in then restart your computer from the start menu:
    net users Administrator /active:yes
    If there is a new administrator account on the logon screen login to it and try burning the files again (remember if they are on your desktop or my downloads or my videos or something like that in your old account, so when selecting the file you will have to go to C:> Users>(YourUserName)>and select where the files are from there.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    If the above fails to work go to go back to your regular user account then navigate to

    My Computer> Local disk (C:)>

    press Ctrl+A to select all files, and using take ownership (if you still have it, if not redownload it) and click take ownership, of all the files, wait the 5-10 min (i think that's how long it takes) for all the cmd boxes to close then try reburning the the cartoons

    --ps If you wish to delete the new admin account, type this in cmd when running it as administrator:

    net users Administrator /active:no

    Sorry I have had a really bad day and not been able to do much that uses my eyes. Will go over this and try it as soon as I can see clearly and my head isn't pounding like it has today.

    I can only highlight one or the other of the choices for Administrator. I have tried both and nothing different happens.
    Now maybe I can do the other instructions but I always click on start and right next to the search thing is shut down or restart. So that is always done. Is there a different way? I am having a hard time following directions. I am so sorry. I read and read and it isn't sticking. I will have to write it all down and go from there I guess. The pain fogs my brain and very little sticks. It seems like there is something in this pc that is just not acting right. My incredimail is a mess and I finally just stopped all the pop ins but it is still a mess. I did what Incredimail said and lost every thing in the program. Lucky I transferred all the files over. Took hours to do. I run scans and the on line scan and nothing shows up. Hubby is gone and I am having to do everything and it is so hard to walk and that isn't helping.

    I've already had Bonnie try establishing a new Admin-level account to see if her account is the problem. She reported back the issues were the same with it so she is now abandoning it for her previous Admin account.

    Bonnie confirm that your Account-type in User Accounts is Administrative-level and not Standard User.

    I deliberately didn' t have her enable the Built-in Admin Account because of the risks involved.

    When I go to the change accounts thing the only thing that shows up is Bonnie Administrator and Guest which is no one. So that is ok right? Besides the not burning issue is there any way to get my internet to show correctly. I sent in an attachment showing if I click on any link to take me to something I have no way to do anything some come so small I can't read them. I have to click on the envelope in the right corner and it sends me the link via email where I copy it off and go back on internet and paste it in and then can go to the page where I can change the size etc. This never happened before this stuff! I can live with it but so many things are sent to me with just a click on this from friends. Thank you for helping I know everyone is racking their brains thinking of something else to try. I do appreciate it. If this keeps up we will be sending Christmas Cards every year!!

    If an internet window opens too small when you click on a link as described, drag the window to the size you prefer, then click several times the middle Maximize button at the top right next to the Red X. This should eventually program it. Same for any window's size.

    If that fails we have a small program for you that can program you Window sizes to open where you want each. Just resize the windows where you want it and it will remember it each time for that type window: http://www.pcworld.com/article/23865...app_sizer.html

    The page opens all the way but the print is so tiny and there is no way to make it bigger as there is nothing at the top to do to fix it. I will check out the program you just listed and see what it is. But this problem is only when I click on a link in Facebook or in emails. If I click on IE icon I get a normal page.

    If the windows open to the size you want, or hold the size you drag them to and set, then there's no reason to use the third-party program.

    For adjusting the type size on any Internet page, hold Cntrl button and keep pressing the + or - key until it is the size you want. Most pages should remember this sizing once you tell them.
