windows 7 says I need administrators permission

For several days I have tried to figure out how to change this. I followed what instructions I found on Microsofts help section and pasted something into registery 32 but even though it was accepted it didn't change anything.
I have some funny animal videos that I want to burn for my 4 year old grandson. It says I do not have permission to put the avi files into the convertXdiv program. I have burned dvd's for years on this pc and never had this happen.
I put some files on word and that too says I cannot copy them off word. I need administrators permission.
I have run the programs you said and am attatching them

If it was my computer I would run AwdCleaner again and delete all that junk. Then I would run Eset on line scanner.

    The elementary questions in your situation are;

    1. When did this first happen?
    2. What changes were made to the computer prior to the problem?
    3. Have you installed any new software or updates that could have been the cause?
    4. Was someone else using your computer?

Review the list and see if anything there is applicable.

    Still problems if not more!!

Laidback Bear: I did as you suggested and deleted that AwdCleaners findings. I then lost my Google tool bar (not chrome that drives me crazy) and found out that I can not click on a link and go to another internet page. I get a blank page and nothing happens. I found out when I went to run the scan that is on line. I do get my yahoo homepage to open if I click on Yahoo home page and then using that search I got my google tool bar back. Most pages insist on opening in Swedish even though I click on the American links. I live in Sweden but rarely have that problem. I am American so much prefer instructions in English! So I have not been able to run the scan even though I get to the page in a round a bout way I can't get further than click to start scan. Nothing happens except a blank page.
I am now getting This page has a script error do you want to keep running. It doesn't matter if I check off yes or no nothing changes. I disabled the script in tools and internet options but they still keep coming.

Sir George This needing administrators permission started about a week ago. I got sick and really wasn't online or I would have asked for help sooner. I haven't put any new programs on nor changed any settings. I am the only one who is on this computer it is just my husband and I in the house and he has his own computer.

Trying to fix the blank pages now I once again (I fear) made the mistake of going to microsoft and followed what they said. Apparently Active X controls need to be on to see web pages properly so I followed what they said to enable or mark with a prompt and rebooted. Blank pages still here and I still need an administrators permission to burn anything.

    Bonnie Jean

Take a look at the links below

All the links above will show you how to remove them from the browsers and reset the Search Engine searches back to either Bing for Internet Explorer or Google for Google chrome .

Still need permission and still blank internet pages

Oh boy I have worked for hours and nothing is working! I still cannot get to the actual page to run the free scan.
I did remember I had a prompt to upload or update my Skype a few days ago. It could have been just before I noticed the problem.
I have run the adware cleaner2 times since the first time. I found that darn google chrome parts all over and the Delta Search and deleted those. Now it shows it is all gone. Will attach.
I am using Internet Explorer ( I did put in Mozzilla a long time ago probably 2 computers ago and it crashed my pc so badly I had to replace it. So have stuck with IE even though it doesn't respond and shuts down 3 or 4 times a day.
I prefer Google browsing but have that as a toolbar and Yahoo as my homepage as I have the news posts on that.
    Remove Sweet Packs
    Remove Funmoods
    Remove SearchYa
Remove Blekko I have not found these either in those scans, or in the computer files so don't think these 4 are on the pc.
I ran a Malware scan and found 1 thing it deleted. I did run the spybot scan that was suggested in one of the things I was to look at to remove and I did and it found 75 threats and I found it wasn't free and needed to buy and I don't have a credit card. So removed it and for some reason it came on when I was gone from here and ran another scan telling me it had found 11 threats so I don't trust it anyway. I did nothing to remove any of the 75 they found.
Any more suggestions or will I have to take my pc into repair? I am terrified to use the discs I made in 2011 I think or 2012 to use to put in the pc. I am not good with my memory anymore. Short term memory loss from pain and exhaustion the doctor says. I am sure to hit ok when I should hit no and it will blow up.
Thank you all for looking and helping. Something is bound to work soon. Well I can not get a page to open to add the attachment. if you need it now I can copy and paste it??

    Run

    Malwarebytes

    Download Link MalwareBytes

When the installation is done uncheck Enable free trial of Malwarebytes (see image below )

Update the definitions and do a full scan

    On the Scanner tab:
Make sure the "Perform Full Scan" option is selected.
Then click on the Scan button.
If asked to select the drives to scan, leave all the drives selected and click on the Start Scan button.
The scan will begin and "Scan in progress" will show at the top. It may take some time to complete so please be patient.
When the scan is finished, a message box will say "The scan completed successfully. Click 'Show Results' to display all objects found".
Click OK to close the message box and continue with the removal process.
Back at the main Scanner screen, click on the Show Results button to see a list of any malware that was found.
Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
When removal is completed, a log report will open in Notepad.
The log is automatically saved and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.

I hit next after this showed like you said but there was no start free trial and I guess nothing was deleted! I redid the Hitman and this time even though I hit decline for all the junk I could I see I have a search bar and some online games which I will remove with the Revo Uninstaller. This time I only had one Trojan show up and that has been quarantined. But looking at the log it shows the dozens of items I had before!! At least the Trojan is gone.
In doing the removals SearchYa showed up also so that is removed. Good grief what a ton of things were put in by that first tool bar I think it said 29 or 30 things were removed.
Also removed 2 MixDJ chrome toolbars that I didn't see on Internet but they were in the list of things Revo could uninstall.
A Browser Defender was added sometime during all of these scans is that something I want?
A Default Tab - Search results LLC do I want that?
My PC backup has to be something added that I didn't check I take that out correct?
I am so terribly sorry to be asking all of these questions. I am guessing since they were installed today I should just remove them but don't want something that is supposed to be left taken out.
I rebooted and even tried the AVI converter for the videos by clicking right and run as administrator but I still am told the administrator must give me permission. But I had pictures to burn to a DVD and used BurnAware Free and the DVD burned just fine.
Still get blank pages to Internet and need an actual URL for any page which I put in the search engine on my home page which I can get to open. Click search and it usually opens to the page I want. For downloads I have used CNet downloads but couldn't find the online scan there of course.
Ok done I promise. Thank you to anyone brave enough to read all of this.
