oh, whoops, dunno what happened there, try using unstoppable copier to copy the movies to another folder if you havn't re-installed yet, i believe it's supposed to remove permissions from files while copying, then try burning them :) (just a final try before you reinstall)

I had asked you to post back a screenshot of the Driver tab of that same window. Please click on Driver tab, then take a screenshot of the full tab window so we can confirm it's the Wireless driver in the download I linked earlier.

The correct driver attachment and question

You said I need to back up the drivers for both of them. How do I do that please?

I posted the driver download links in Post #118 and am trying to verify these are the installed drivers.

It looks like they both should work.

Confirm this is your model PC pictured at the wireless download link here: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/s...195033&sw_lang

    Redfang:
I live in Sweden and need PAL systems for the burning result. We have tried just about every converter there is. That is freeware. I also put in some that burned just for America but those didn't work. Now some files I wanted to delete says I need administrators permission. I think that I really need a fix. IE is also acting up on me making it difficult to do anything. Thank you for your suggestion though. We had thunder and lightening storms all last pm and all morning and then we were gone the rest of the day.

    Bonnie, install Take Ownership Shortcut.

Then if any files will not cooperate rightclick on them to Take Ownership.

Is this so I can delete those folders that I mentioned above? It is not important that they are deleted just will be erased then we clean the pc out. Or is this for something else?
