How do I get the default system files?

    I don't want to completely reinstall windows just because of one file and also as I mentioned earlier I don't have the CD/DVD for windows

    You can extract that file that you want from there.

    I installed it myself, I originaly had the Home Premium edition.

    Ugh, do I really have to download 3.1 GB of data just to extract a 1.7 MB file???

    I'm thinking if you installed Ultimate yourself you must have a copy of it. Can't you get your selected file off of that copy?
    Just trying to make 2+2 and up to 4.
