    Did you do as I suggested concerning downloads in Firefox?
    Please answer these question I posted. It will help us guide you.

    Who is the owner of this computer?
    Does your workplace have a I.T.Department?

    If this is a work PC ? It should have your companies own image on it not the OEM factory image .

    @ Layback Bear, yes I did and still no software to be found. @ VistaKing, yeah they just purchased this laptop from Dell recently with the OEM installed on it. Everything just needs to be re-installed with a fresh image of Windows 7. Thanks all!

    What we're trying to get at is if you should really be working on or reinstalling Win7 on this PC. Normally it would be done by a company IT dept.

    Does your Company IT agree with your doing this?

    Often we will ask this question and be told the persons posting IS the IT manager, but we still need to ask.

    I'd have the IT department of your work place do all the IT work if the laptop is a work laptop given by your work company .
