icon issue

    hello all
    I just posted on another section regarding themes not working well I got a few to work so far and I can deal with that, Now my issue is regarding the Icons not displaying properly, they are white document looking things I have seen this before but I have forgotten how to take care of this issue, can some one please offer some assistance on this it has been happening since
    i installed windows power tools v2.3 and the included themes within that program i have since uninstalled it and the corresponding themes hoping it would help but it hasnt any suggestions?

    Hi Studiorat,

    You might see if rebuilding the icon cache may help. If not, then you may need to create new shortcuts directly from the program's exe file to replace them with.

TaskBar Icon Issue

Hey guys, got a minor issue. When I play a game thru Steam, and then close it, the Steam icon which holds all the windows, eg chat, friends list all turn to the L4D icon, which makes it confusing. Screenie: http://img222.imageshack.us/img222/4567/18230917ki0.png Any suggestions?
