Computer Is Freezing In Action, Loading Improperly, Programs Disabled

Hello, this is the second post this week due to screwed up crap happening on my laptop. What happened was I installed ESET Security System and I noticed my RAM was clocking at anywhere from 30% up to 80%, which is weird since I maxed out my RAM at 8GB and I don't understand the system drain. Then the computer started freezing up when I tried to open programs, so I have to turn it off and then turn it back on. My Aimersoft Converter and Burner won't burn anything, it just moves the file to another file broken up into parts. It also loads funny because once it is started sometimes the programs are those pieces of paper with the corner folded and you cannot access them, which again requires a reboot. Now, I restart the computer and a windows says something like it didn't start or shutdown correctly and it will correct it. It does, for a few reboots, but it doesn't fix the random problems I've stated above and just goes back to the screwed up crap. I think either I installed something I shouldn't have or my registry is screwed. I use CCleaner and Ace Utilities, and dll Files Fixer claimed I had 300+ registry errors--whatever I think that program is full of it. I could restore back a month and half ago, but I lost my Office 2013 then. I'm done with computers, lol, every month it is something else. Any help is appreciated, welcomed, and I hope I can fix it, if not I'm screwed. Thanks in advance.
