Does anyone know what this Task is in Task Scheduler??

Its been over 2 hours and I can't find anything and my system is virus free. I used ccleaner and the new ST tab but its blank. I deleted the files from Windows Tasks and System 32/Tasks folder but I can't find any info on this.

    Thanks

What does the task do? It might be useful to find it in the list of scheduled tasks and poke around at it's tabs to see if it gives any clues.

    Task Scheduler Actions Tab

Check the Task Scheduler Actions Tab.

To determine the program associated with the task, click on the:

    1. Triangle next to Task Scheduler in the list (left panel)
    2. Task Scheduler Library in the list (left panel)
    3. Task Name in the main panel (upper section)
    4. Actions tab in the main panel (lower section)

Click on the picture for the animation

If you have any AVG software installed it may be part of its Secure Search.
I would recommend removing AVG, it doesn't play well with w7. Avast, Kaspersky, Norton, MSE, are better choices.

AVG works great with me also.

Iv'e had AVG on this W7 PC for 2 years and AVG has been updated many times via versions and they may have added some task etc and it could be AVG its just weird I google ROC_SYS_TASK and only come up with 5 or 6 threds and there all related to virus threads and when they post there logs it includes ROC_SYS_TASK - hopefully its just AVG..

Using AVG over four years, never an issue.

Checked Task Scheduler and don't have that entry.

If you use the pay version of AVG, you can contact them and ask. They have always answered my questions.
