I copy pasted the Keon (main user) in C: to E:. And I checked the location in my Keon user when I logged back into my real administrator account but the location is still C: when it should be E: now....I thought I followed all the steps right...the Keon user is in E: but it's not being recognized for some reason.

    Ok I will upload now.

Please do as I told you at the end of my previous post and post your question on that tutorial thread to get more help with your issues. Brink, our admin and the author of the tutorial is an expert on that method and usually responses fast to any questions.

    What does this say

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList

In the registry ? Your SID could be ending in 1000 look for ProfileImagePath on the right side should tell you what profile location it is . C:\Users(your name) or E:\Users\( Your name)

I logged onto my temporarily created administrator account "Tutorial" and I followed User Profile - Change Default Location Option 1 Method 1.... I transferred the Keon (Main) User folder to E: successfully, then I did the Regedit editing. But when I got to Step 15 to verify the user has been moved successfully and right click desktop location, it's still C: rather than E:.......Maybe I didn't enter the path in right when I was in Regedit (Profileimagepath "E:\Keon")....The GB are transferred to E: but it's not being recognized in the location of desktop properties in Keon User folder [C:] ... So I don't think I should delete the folder in C: yet...

Profile image path says E:\Keon ...There's another Users folder in E: also but it only contains a downloads subfolder in it. Should I delete that?

    See if its here C:\ProgramData\HitmanPro\Logs

       Note
    ProgramData is a hidden folder

Click on the Start button and select Computer
Press the Alt key on your keyboard and click on Tools or click on Organize
    Select Folder Options
Click the View tab and make sure that Show hidden files and folders is selected under Hidden files and folders
Next, uncheck the box next to Hide protected operating system files (Recommended)
Then, uncheck the box next to Hide extensions for known file types
    Click Apply then click OK
