Are they inside the C:Users folder or the E drive ?
I think those two accounts are part of the virus I had, and maybe also why my User folder wasn't being recognized and why my C: keeping getting filled..
Probably the C: drive but I can't find them in windows explorer either
Click on the Start button and select Computer
Press the Alt key on your keyboard and click on Tools or click on Organize
Select Folder Options
Click the View tab and make sure that Show hidden files and folders is selected under Hidden files and folders
Then see if you see them .
I selected Show hidden files and drives then clicked apply and ok...but after typing in D2D2240760E34F5CB77F and E3C367A3A51040B5B498 into computer search it didn't find either one..
They may be hidden rootkits ... I'm installing Security Check, Malware Anti-Rootkit, and Rkill
You're going to hate me but I think it would be better to back up the files you have and reinstall Windows
If anything I hate myself for opening a false dl link.. I'm posting the results of these last few scan softwares to you in a second first. I'm not giving up yet
If we have to reinstall Windows there is a great tutorial nicely written easy to follow by Kari do you have a second hard drive ? I don't mean the one where you have back ups .
My second harddrive is the E: ...I have an external storage hard drive where I backed up all my E: files also
And here's the first checkup results from Security Scan:

I also ran the Malware Anti-Rootkit BETA scan, and it didn't find any malware....so there's nothing else we can do now but reinstall Windows? I'd have to wait for a copy from a friend then, I don't have mine anymore.
What the hell, I just found two files that take up 31 gb in my windows... "pagefile.sys" and "hiberfil.sys" are those normal?
