Well I went through the steps and when I went to verify the location, it was shown as C:\Users\TEMP ...So for some reason E:\Users\Keon is not being recognized and a temporary user folder becomes the default location. If you have any other options to move the User I'd appreciate it otherwise I'll just leave it as it is with 30gb free ssd space.

Check the last step. I went to start/Keon then right clicked the desktop folder and then the location tab and it read C:\Users\TEMP when it should read E:\Users\Keon

Well here's the good news. I was able to change the location to the E: But, it's the E:\Users\TEMP ...So for some reason a temporary folder is being put in place no matter what I do. In my new E:\users folder there's Keon, Public, Default, and TEMP. The Temp is locked but Keon isn't. I think I have to find a way to make Keon locked somehow.

Restart the PC then try to remove the TEMP account . Before you remove it see if there is any .bak in the registry under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList

There was a .bak ... The .bak read E:\Users\Keon and the 1000 read E:\Users\TEMP ... So I deleted the User folder in the C: and deleted the .bak . Then I renamed the 1000 to E:\Users\Keon again. AND IT WORKED!!! HELL YES. E:\Users\Keon now

Ok restart and see if you could login to Keon without it saying you logged into a temporary account .
