No permission to access some folders in Start Menu folder

My all programs list is crazy. I want to delete some of the shortcuts in there and rearrange it, and some of them are empty even if the programs are still installed. But when I try to open some of the folders, I get this pop-up that says I don't have permission to access this folder and 'Click continue to permanently get access to this folder'. When I click continue, it just says "You've been denied permission to access this folder." And then tells me to make edits in the security tab to give myself full control over the folder. This is LONG AND TEDIOUS though since I'll have to do this for all the folders and the subfolders and even the program shortcuts that are inside. Is there any other way to just sort out all this?

Try right ticking on it and select Run as Administrator.
