But the thing is that I don't have another administrator account and I get this same error when I try to login in safe mode.

    Hello Monz,

You can use the steps under "In Preparation" in the tutorial above to enable and log in to the built-in Administrator account to then be able to do the rest of the tutorial. :)

What's preventing you from being able to?

Are you able to use OPTION TWO to open a command prompt at boot?

If need be, you could create a Windows 7 Enterprise installation DVD/USB on another PC to use at boot on your PC to do the steps (Method II) to: Built-in Administrator - Enable from WinRE

See if you may be able to open it directly at C:\Windows\regedit instead.

It works from there. But before doing anything I should say that im getting some error every time I log in with safe mode, I dont know if it changes anything but it goes like this : "C:/Windows/system32/config/systemprofile/Desktop refers to a location that is unavailable. It could be on a hard drive on this computer, or on a network."
And could you explain me what am I excatly doing by changing those sid keys, since i dont want to mess up something and dont have a restore point after, since all my restore points somehow got deleted.
