Programs Not Responding

when i try and open files and then get the programs out and extract them the programs wont respond when i try and open them and i get appcrashes no idea how to fix it

i tried that another file said something about run error 216 :/ it doesnt open none of the .exe files

Since it's not stable when booted work in the boot mode through these steps for Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Boot to check for infection first, then run SFC from the booted installer/Repair CD Command line.

If this doesn't help then you can consider a Repair Install if it will run from the desktop.

But if you have inferior factory preinstalled Win7 to begin with, or it doesn't meet the standards of a perfect Win7 install, I'd copy out my files to backup and delete all partitions to create new during a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7
