Start services.msc look for the services which name starts with Peer or PNRP (totally 4). Startup is "manual"?

start the last one again. Does it also say "another instance is already running"?

In services.msc you can select them as well and start them.
    Also start this

    Code:
    sc start HomeGroupProvider
    sc start HomeGroupListener
Are they succesfully running? Check services.msc. Also start type "manual"?

You told me they had startup type="automatic (delayed start)"
    They were already started?

Do you have windows firewall turned on or a 3rd party firewall?
    Check eventlog for related errors!
