    Deleting protected garbage files?

I've got a system that I've migrated and upgraded and actually just re-installed. There are two folders that I can't delete. They have names as long strings of numbers, and date from 2011.

How can I delete them? I have tried to set permissions with Security files tab, but don't know the exact steps to set the folders / subfolders / files so I can delete them. They are taking up space on my SSD.

    Thanks much,
    ww
